Featuring Kickback Protection our 12V149HTS starters fit all experimental Lycoming powered aircraft. High duty cycle capabilities and durability on even the hardest starting 12V aircraft. A great replacement starter for all non-geared, opposed Lycoming engines. At only 9.4 lbs., this starter is the lightest Bendix-free starter available. Our remanufactured starter get the same two-year warranty as the OEM model.
This starter is better suited for the higher compression larger displacement engines.
